Aim of the programme:

To help participants to analyse their company's performance which will allow then to control the business more effectively and enhance their decision making.

Key Objectives:
This programme will provide owner managers with the knowledge and skills to:

­ Understand Financial Planning
­ Interpret Financial Statements and measure performance
­ Manage their cashflow
­ Appreciate the importance of monthly management reports

Proposed Programme:
The programme comprises:

1. Three Workshops
2. Half day one-to-one consultations with each company

The one-to-one consultations will be tailored to meet each company's individual needs.

­ Capital Expenditure Evaluation
