Export Grant Initiative - Who Qualifies?

Support Criteria:
Is based on the export potential quality of the proposal and will specifically take into account how the proposed export initiative will benefit the business.

Waterford City Enterprise Board provides a range of financial supports to qualifying small businesses based in Waterford City, employing no more than ten persons.

Enterprise projects eligible for support are:

• Businesses engaged in manufacturing
• Internationally traded services or those with potential
• Innovative projects

Company seeking support under this initiative must:

• Be based in Waterford City
• Be in the commercial sphere
• Have adequate overall finances for the project
• Demonstrate a need for the proposed export assistance
• Have the necessary management and technical skills
• Have capacity for growth & expansion
