Be Brilliant at the Basics - Tuesday Workshop's

At whatever stage of growth your business finds itself, 95% of success results from always doing the basics brilliantly. In this regards we have put together a series of Tuesday workshops which cover the basics for new businesses, existing businesses people that feel they need a refresher and are a prerequisite for any business about to embark on a mentoring programme.

You can go to all four or just the one that interests you and remember each one is repeated every four weeks in case you missed anything the first time.

The topics covered include:

• Marketing on a Shoestring which ensures that you understand the tools that you must use to have a successful marketing plan that isn't costing you more than its generating.
• Basic Bookkeeping which covers the basics of keeping an income and expenditure account and how your tax liabilities work. It is important that even if you intend using an accountant that you know how to most economically present your information to them.
• Managing your business costs takes a look at the costs that are built into your business and shows you how to strip them out or even better avoid building them into how you do business in the first place.
• It is amazing how much user friendly free business software is available for your business. We have seen many of our clients move away from expensive software to Open source versions and save their business thousands of Euro's in the process. The ICT - free open source software workshop will give you excellent options if you're starting your business or if you need to change the software you're already using.
